«Financial Center» Joint Stock Company

Financial Center JSC is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, established to carry out activities in the field of financial services, including operational functions in the field of government spending, education and social programs, contributing.

The Company's goal is to create an effective and sustainable system of financial support for state educational and social programs, ensuring access to education, control over the targeted use of budget funds and fulfillment of state obligations to citizens.

The main functionality of the Joint-Stock Company «Financial Center»:

1) Operator for the placement of a state educational order for the training of personnel with higher and postgraduate education and the payment of state scholarships, with the exception of state nominal scholarships;

2) Operator for ensuring the placement of a state order to provide students, undergraduates and doctoral students with places in dormitories;

3) Operator for placing a state educational order for secondary education in private educational institutions;

4) Operator of the State Educational Accumulative System;

5) Guarantor on behalf of the state for educational loans granted to financial institutions;

6) Operator to ensure monitoring and control over compliance with the fulfillment by young specialists and doctors of Philosophy (PhD) of their duties to work out and reimburse budget expenditures, in case of non-work;

7) Attorney agent for the repayment of previously issued government educational and student loans;

8) Coordinator of the activities of participants in per capita regulatory financing.
