Joint Stock Company «Information and Accounting Center»

The Joint Stock Company «Information and Accounting Center» (hereinafter referred to as «IAC» JSC) is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, created for accounting the sale of shares of privatized enterprises in exchange for privatization coupons of citizens, and for the automated and informational support of the process of denationalization and privatization.

The main purpose is to organize and maintain records of state property, professional activities in the securities market, registration activities on grain receipts, maintaining a depository of financial statements, the activities of the operator of these control metering devices in the production and turnover of petroleum products and the operator of these control metering devices in the production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages.

The main activities of the «IAC» JSC are:

Management of the project for development, implementation, and modernization of software required for maintaining the state property registry;
Ensuring the continuous functioning of technical and software tools for maintaining the state property registry;
Ensuring the functioning and support of the state property registry web portal;
Providing electronic services to users of the state property registry through information systems in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on informatization;
Providing access to state property registry data for users of the registry;
Providing advisory and practical assistance to state bodies in the field of state property accounting;
Managing technical projects related to state property accounting;
Making changes and additions to the state property registry for registered objects;
Performing the function of a nominee holder of securities owned by the state, entities of the quasi-public sector, the list of which is approved by the authorized body on state property or regarding which the state or entities of the quasi-public sector have property rights;
Performing money transfer operations without the license of the authorized body: executing orders from individuals and legal entities for payments and transfers related to operations with trades through the state property registry web portal in electronic form;
Maintaining the assets of territorial subdivisions of the authorized body on state property that have been entrusted to it in proper operational condition;
Managing and operating property of territorial subdivisions of the authorized body on state property, entrusted to it, and monitoring the assets of territorial subdivisions of the authorized body on state property transferred to private partners in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of public-private partnerships;
Entering information into the state property registry for assets of territorial subdivisions of the authorized body on state property entrusted to it;
