Karakul rural district

The state institution" Office of Akim of Karakol rural district " is the administration of the rural district, located in the south-east of the Karatobe district. On the territory of the rural district are the settlements of Alakol and Aktay-Sai. The center is the village of Aktaysay. It is located 35 km from the district center and 290 km from the Regional Center. Structure in accordance with Article 24 of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on local representative and executive bodies" of 1999 by the decree of the Akim of the Ural region dated 14.02.1992, the powers of the local council were terminated, and in accordance with Article 48 of this law, the Akim of the district was established by the decision of the District Akim No. 1-6 of 06.01.1994. Main activities: obtaining all measures for the implementation of the laws of the Republic, Presidential decrees, resolutions of the government of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the ground, ensuring the social and household welfare of the population on the territory, holding referendums and elections on the ground. Before the creation of the state institution" apparatus of Akim of Karakol rural district", the Karakol rural administration (January 1994), the Karakol Rural Council, and its executive committee worked. The Karakol rural council was first established in 1932.
