General information
The Internal State Audit Appeals Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Department) is a structural subdivision of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Ministry). The Department is guided in its activities by the Constitution, laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, the Regulations on the Ministry, orders of the Ministry's management, as well as these Regulations. The structure and staffing of the Department are approved by the Executive Secretary of the Ministry in agreement with the Minister.
