TheDepartment carriesoutits activities in accordance withtheConstitutionof theRepublicofKazakhstan andthelawsof theRepublicofKazakhstan, actsof thePresident and Governmentof theRepublicofKazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts,andlegal actsof theMinistry.
TheBudget Departmentof theState bodiesof theMinistryofFinanceof theRepublicofKazakhstan isastructural subdivisionof theMinistryofFinanceof theRepublicofKazakhstan.
TheDepartment consists of:
1) Managementof thebudgetofstate bodies;
2) Budget Managementof thelegal and judicial system.
