The Department of the Budget of the Social Sphere (hereinafter - the Department) is a structural unit of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The Department in its activities is guided by the Constitution, laws, acts of the President and the Government, other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as this Regulation.
The department consists of:
1) Health Budget Office;
2) Social Security, Employment and Migration Budget Office;
3) Education Budget Department;
4) Management of the budget of science and targeted contributions to autonomous educational organizations;
5) Management of the budget of culture, information space, sports and religion.
