The Department of Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan consists of 4 departments: the Department of Legal Expertise of Normative Legal Acts, the Department of Systematization and Accounting, Monitoring, Analysis of Normative Legal Acts, the Department of Legal Support for the activities of a state body, the Department of Claim Work. The main tasks of the Department of the Legal Service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan are the implementation of the normative activities of the Ministry, systematization and accounting, monitoring, analysis of regulatory legal acts, ensuring compliance with the rule of law in the activities of the Ministry, conducting claim work
