Department of Control and Documentation Management of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The main tasks of the Department of Control and Documentation Management are the organization of a unified document management system in the Ministry and its improvement; monitoring compliance by employees of the bodies of the system of the Ministry of Performing Discipline; monitoring compliance by employees of the Ministry's bodies with the requirements of the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan when considering appeals from individuals and legal entities; participation in the project office of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the standard basic direction "Nitizhe" of the "Hearing State" program; ensuring systematic work on legislation on paperwork and languages; ensuring the development and functioning of the state language.
