    General information

    The main tasks of the Department of Development and Evaluation of the Ministry's activities are to ensure strategic and interdepartmental coordination of the activities of the Ministry and its subordinate organizations, the organization of a system for monitoring and evaluating the achievement of target indicators, key performance indicators (KPI) and implementation of strategic documents, organization of project management and project portfolio support (RMO), coordination and methodological support for the implementation of priority projects and reforms, supervised by the Ministry, participation in the consideration of the Development Plans of subordinate organizations of the Ministry, participation in the development of proposals for improving the structure, business processes and digital transformation of the Ministry, preparation of analytical materials, forecast estimates and proposals for the Minister and the leadership of the Ministry, participation in the preparation of reports on the implementation of instructions of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
