The municipal state institution "Department of Internal Policy of the Akimat of the Yessil district of the North Kazakhstan region" (hereinafter the Department) is a legal entity that has the right to operational management of property, an independent balance sheet, a seal and stamps with its name in the state and Russian languages, forms of the established sample.

The Department's activities are financed from the local budget.

The legal basis of the activity is: The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, orders of the Department of Internal Policy of the North Kazakhstan Region, resolutions of the regional and district akimats and decisions of the akims of the region and district.
