Department of Employment and Social Programs

The main functions and activities of the State Institution:
1) organization of work to facilitate the employment of citizens, vocational training, referral to socially paid social jobs and social support for poor citizens (subparagraphs 6) and 7) of paragraph 1 of Article 8, paragraph 1 of Article 15 and Article 16-1) of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About employment";
2) informing of applying citizens and unemployed about the possibility of getting a job, and employers about the possibility of providing labor (subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 8) of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About Employment";
3) reception, registration and of unemployed citizens, assistance in employment, issuance of certificates to unemployed citizens in accordance with their requirements ( subparagraph 8) of paragraph 1 of article 8 and article 15) of the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On employment of the population»
4) collection and preparation of data Bank of vacancies and reduction, assistance to employers in selection of necessary workers (sub-items 1) and 3) of paragraph 1 of article 8 and subparagraph 1) of paragraph 2 of article 9) Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On employment of population»)
5) acceptance of documents, assignment and payment of material assistance to low-income citizens in accordance with the relevant Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan (paragraph 1 of article 2, paragraph 1 of article 3 of the aid" subparagraph 3) of paragraph 1 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state benefits to families with children" and the Rules for assigning and paying state benefits to families with children)
6) assistance to unemployed citizens in organizing self-employment and other forms of employment (article 20-1, paragraph 3) Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On employment of the population»

10) organization of social and labor rehabilitation of disabled people in accordance with the individual rehabilitation program ( paragraph 1, article 11, Chapter 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social protection of disabled people in the Republic of Kazakhstan»)
11) implementation of a set of measures aimed at social support for war veterans and disabled people, persons equated to them, widows of war participants, mothers with many children (paragraph 1 of the decision of the district maslikhat No. 6/6-V by 7.06.2012)
12) implementation of work on the organization of social educational and correctional assistance to children studying and being brought up at home (article 7, Chapter 2 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On social and medical-pedagogical, correctional support for children with disabilities).
