State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Bayserke Rural District, Ili District"

The state institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Bayserke Rural District, Ili District" (hereinafter referred to as the apparatus of the akim) is a state institution ensuring the activities of the local executive body, the akim, in the corresponding territory (hereinafter referred to as the akim) and performing other functions provided by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The apparatus of the akim carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of the Almaty Region and the Ili District, other regulatory legal acts, as well as this Regulation.
