Office of the Akim of the Lomonosov rural district of the Mendykarinsky distri

The apparatus of the akim of the Lomonosov rural district (hereinafter referred to as the akim's apparatus) is a state institution that ensures the activities of the akim of the rural district (hereinafter referred to as the akim) and carries out other functions provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The Akim's apparatus carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts, as well as these Regulations on the Akim's apparatus.

The office of the akim of the rural district carries out the functions of a local executive body in the areas of planning and execution of the budget of the rural district, as well as management of the communal property of the rural district in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

ensures planning and execution of the rural district budget;
submits a report on the execution of the rural district budget to the local community meeting and the district maslikhat;
makes decisions on the implementation of the rural district budget;
develops and submits a local community development program for approval to the local community meeting;
acts as a customer for the construction, reconstruction and repair of facilities related to the communal property of the rural district;
exercises other powers assigned to him by the Law and other legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
