The mission of the State Institution "Department of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger Transport, Highways of the Nurinsky district of the Karaganda region" is the implementation of state policy related to public utilities, passenger transport and highways.
Tasks:
- Organization of a monitoring system for the quality and timeliness of public services to individuals and legal entities in the field of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways;
- Improving the forms and methods of work in the field of housing and communal services, passenger transport and highways;
- In the provision of public services in the field of housing and communal services, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations for the provision of public services;
- Organization of maintenance and repair of highways of regional importance and development of transport and road infrastructure;
- Improvement of the safety level of the road industry;
- Operational coordination of all sites (suppliers and consumers) in the stable supply of heat and electricity, water, fuel to the area, regardless of ownership forms;
- Other tasks provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
