Department of Methodology and Control of Medical and Social Expertise

The Department of Methodology and Control of Medical and Social Expertise determines the groups of disability, its causes, the timing and time of disability and disability for children under 16 years of age, and control over the correctness of expert decisions of МSE departments. Forms and corrects individual programs for the rehabilitation of disabled people (determine the types, forms, terms and volumes of medical, social and professional rehabilitation). Forms data in the AIS CDPD(automated information system of central data of persons with disability) of disabled persons examined at MCC, studies the conditions of dynamics and causes of disability in the region, рarticipates in the development of comprehensive programs in the field of disability prevention, medical and social expertise, rehabilitation and social protection of persons with disabilities. It carries out activities in cooperation with State bodies and other organizations engaged in activities in the field of health care, medical and social rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, as well as public organizations of persons with disabilities.
