KSU "Office of the akim of the Birlik rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region" is a municipal state institution that ensures the activities of the akim performing public administration functions on the territory of the Birlik rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district.

The akim of the rural district is an official of the district akimat of the Gabit Musrepov district and acts on his behalf without a power of attorney in relations with government agencies, organizations and citizens.

The akim of the rural district has a seal with the image of the State Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan and its name in the state language.

Tasks of the state body

The main task of the municipal state institution "The Office of the akim of the Birlik rural district of the Gabit Musrepov district of the North Kazakhstan region" is to ensure the activities of the akim in carrying out the general state policy of the executive branch in combination with the interests and needs of the development of the rural district.

The municipal state institution, in accordance with the legislation, exercises the authority to implement issues within the competence of the akim of the rural district:

Considers appeals, applications, complaints of citizens, takes measures to protect the rights and freedoms of citizens;
Facilitates the collection of taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget;
Develops and submits to the higher akimat for approval by the relevant maslikhat an estimate of the akim's office, including the costs of maintaining the relevant territorial administrative unit;
Promotes the fulfillment by citizens and legal entities of the norms of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, laws, acts of the President and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, normative legal acts of central and local state bodies;
Within the limits of its competence, it regulates land relations;
Organizes the construction and repair of housing stock, operation and maintenance of roads;
Promotes the organization of peasant (farm) farms, the development of entrepreneurial activity;
Within its competence, it organizes and ensures the implementation of Legislation on issues of universal military duty and military service, civil defense, as well as mobilization training and mobilization;
Organizes the performance of notarial acts, registration of acts of civil status in accordance with the procedure established by Law;
Organizes work on the preservation of historical and cultural heritage;
Submits proposals to higher authorities on providing charitable assistance to socially vulnerable segments of the population;
Promotes the development of local social infrastructure;
Organizes the movement of public transport;
Interacts with local governments.
