«Digital Silk Road Company» Limited Liability Partnership (hereinafter referred to as «DSRC» LLP) is a subordinate organization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, aimed at creating optimal conditions for taxpayers, including participants in external economic activities, and employees of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, ensuring the development of information and communication infrastructure and the availability of electronic services for taxpayers and creating conditions for speeding up and simplifying the movement of goods across the customs border of the EAEU.

The main goal is to ensure the safe, efficient and transparent functioning of customs and tax infrastructure, which contributes to stable economic growth and an improved business climate in the country.

The main activities of the «Digital Silk Road Company» Limited Liability Partnership are:

property management for remuneration or on a contractual basis;
the activity of web portals (for their own needs and for the implementation of the goals and objectives of the State Revenue Committee);
warehousing and storage of goods in the border zone and strip of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the city of Alatau, Almaty region;
activities of parking lots in the border zone and strip of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
cargo handling in the border zone and strip of the Republic of Kazakhstan and in the city of Alatau, Almaty region, in the warehouse area;
provision of services by hotels located on the roadside and with restaurants in the border zone and strip of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
provision of server facilities (data processing centers), software products, electronic information resources, mobile and other applications for their own needs and for the implementation of the goals and objectives of the State Revenue Committee with the possibility of providing services on a paid basis to third parties;
activities in the field of data processing for personal needs and for the implementation of the goals and objectives of the State Revenue Committee with the possibility of providing services on a paid basis to third parties;
lease (subletting) and management of own or leased real estate.
