adoption of acts, verification of reports, and other documents serving as the basis for the acceptance of monthly and quarterly work stipulated within the framework of examination;
examination of terms of reference (technical specifications) and issuance of conclusions in the field of informatization for the creation and development of “electronic government” informatization objects;
examination of and issuance of conclusions on cost calculations for the informatization sector submitted by the administrators of budget programs;
organization of accounting for data on “electronic government” informatization objects of the socio-economic sphere on the “electronic government” architectural portal;
review of and issuance of sector-specific conclusions on the tender documentation of a public-private partnership (PPP) project and the business plan for a public-private partnership project in the socio-economic sphere during direct negotiations to select a private partner;
issuance of conclusions in the field of informatization on investment proposals and financial and economic justifications for budget investments;
performance of activities aimed at achieving target indicators and performance results, as well as the high-quality and timely execution of measures stipulated in the Development Plan and the Operational Plan of the Ministry within the competence of the Department;
timely review of appeals and inquiries from individuals and legal entities;
organization of activities for the development of the Committee's budget request for the planning period and its defense before the authorized state body, as well as organization of monitoring over the progress of budget allocation utilization under the republican budget programs of the Committee within the competence of the Department.
