Legal Service Department

The main tasks of the Division includes ensuring compliance with the law in the Committee’s activities, representing the interests of the Committee in the courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the established order, generalizing law enforcement practices by the treasury bodies, conducting legal reviews of regulatory legal acts falling within the competence of the Committee.
