    Karabulak rural district was built in 1924.

    The administrative center is the village of Karabulak. The distance between the village of Karabulak and the city of Zaisan is 20 km, and the regional center of Ust-Kamenogorsk is 440 km from the village. Area – 126,127 hectares, hayland – 3762 hectares, pasture land – 112068 hectares, arable land – 4816 hectares.

    There are only 4 settlements (Karabulak, Daual, Satpay, Mukashy).Population: 2239 people. The economically active part of the population is over 926 people, pensioners - 272, receiving various benefits - 232. National composition of the population: Kazakhs - 99,7%, other nationalities - 0,3%.The rural district is well located geographically. A highway of republican significance runs through the district.In the district there are 123 peasant farms, 2 mill, 2 oil presses, 6 shops, 1 veterinary service, 1 hairdresser, 1 pharmacy. In the social sphere there is 1 medical clinic, 1 library, 1 stadium, 1 gym, 1 cultural center, 1 high school. The school has 445 students.123 peasant farms are engaged in the production of agricultural products. 87 farms are engaged in raising crop production, 36 farms are engaged in breeding large-horned livestock.
