On some issues of regulating the import of certain types of building materials from third countries to the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan
It is hereby informed that from May 30 of the current year, Order No. 237 of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 15, 2026 «On certain issues of regulating the import of certain types of construction materials from third countries into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan» came into force. According to this Order, a six-month ban is introduced on the import of certain types of construction materials from third countries into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan by all modes of transport. The ban applies, in particular, to types of goods classified under the following CN EAEU codes: 2523290000, 2523900000, 3824509000, 6801000000, 6802230000, 6802931000, 6802939000, 6809110000, 7003, 7004, 7005.
