
"Tanbadan" shykkan kos galim" The round table
On November 21, the Pushkin Regional Library hosted a round table dedicated to two outstanding personalities of Kazakhstan: the 95th anniversary of Candidate of Philological Sciences, critic and translator Balamer Sakhariev and the 75th anniversary of the birth of corresponding member of the National Engineering Academy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Toleukhan Biyarov.
Balamer Sakhariyev, born in 1929 in the village of Yenbek, became an iconic figure in the literary and scientific life of Kazakhstan. In his career, he worked in various scientific and cultural institutions, including the magazine "Halyk mugalimi", where he was a literary worker and head of the department of the Kazakh language and literature. Sakhariev is the author of essays on the works of famous Kazakh writers such as M. Auezov, S. Mukanov and G. Mustafin, as well as a translator of N. Krupskaya's pedagogical works and a number of foreign works. In collaboration with M.Bazarbayev, he published a textbook for the 10th grade "Kazakh Council of Adebieti". He worked to popularize Kazakh literature and culture, and his contribution to the development of literature and translation remains important and significant to this day.
Toleukhan Biyarov is a prominent representative of Kazakh science, the founder of the Kazakh school of cybernetics, the author of 243 scientific and methodological works, 17 textbooks and 8 monographs. He has trained 19 candidates of Sciences and 1 PHD of Physics and Math Sciences. Among his students are famous scientists such as J. Kulekeev, B. Zhumagulov, M. Kalimoldaev and others. Professor Biyarov is also the author of poems that were included in the collections of poems by poets Katon-Karagai, "Agazhai, Altaidai Zher Kaida" and "Olenge arkimnin-ak bar talasy".
- Biyarov was born in 1949 in the village of Enbek in the Katon-Karagai district. In his professional biography, significant stages are associated with his work at the Kazakh-British Technical University, where he headed the Faculty of Information Technology, and with Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, where he opened the department of Mathematical Cybernetics. In honor of his contribution to science, the T. N. Biyarov State Scientific Scholarship was awarded.
The event was attended by students of D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University, relatives of the anniversaries, fellow countrymen.
Honored guests shared their memories at the meeting - a teacher with many years of experience Sakharieva Nurganym; a writer, a member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, winner of the international literary award "Alash" Magzumov Tokhtarbek; a poetess, a member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan, winner of the international literary award "Alash" Raisova Bakytzhan; associate professor, Candidate of Philological Sciences of the East Kazahstan University named after S. Amanzholov Biyarov Berdibek; teacher, relative of B. Sakhariev - Asiya Raiymbekova.
During the discussion, proposals were made to organize mathematical Olympiads named after Toleukhan Biyarov, celebrate the 100th anniversary of B. Sakhariev and name streets in honor of scientists.
