«Қаныш және ғылыми майдан» Book Presentation of Sanzhar Kerimbay
On December 9, at the initiative of the East Kazakhstan Regional Library for Children and Youth, with the support of the Department of Culture of the East Kazakhstan Region and the East Kazakhstan Technical University named after D. Serikbayev, a presentation of S. Kerimbay's book "Kanysh zhane gylymi maidan"(Kanysh and the scientific) took place.
The event was hosted by poet and playwright Askerkhan Aktay, who introduced the audience to S. Kerimbay's public activities and literary work. The event was attended by Azhar Sagymbayeva, a representative of the public fund "Otbasy Khrestomatiya" for the Abai region and the East Kazakhstan region, Bekzat Nurtai, another representative of the same foundation, and Nurmukhhanova R.K., deputy head of the Department of Culture of East Kazakhstan, who congratulated the author on the presentation of his book in the region.
The author shared the story of how the book about K. Satpaev was created and talked about the significance of his scientific contributions to Kazakhstan. The event was attended by university and college students, as well as representatives of the city's creative intelligentsia. The presentation ended with an autograph session and an opportunity for the author to engage with the youth.
