We inform you that from May 15 to June 15, 2025, the first stage of the national competition "Mereyli otbasy" will be held. The purpose of the competition is to strengthen the institution of the family, increase the responsibility of parents in raising children, show and popularize family values, and promote a positive image of the Kazakh family. Families with high labor, sports, creative, intellectual, and scientific achievements are allowed to participate in the competition. The competition is held in three stages: the first – district, the second – regional (regional), the third – national. The application for participation in the competition is submitted to the District Commission with the following documents:
1. copies of identity documents of parents (guardians, trustees) , copies of birth certificates of children;
2. for adoptive (guardianship) families-an extract from the decision of the local authorized body on the establishment of guardianship (guardianship) over a minor child;
3. a copy of the marriage certificate (if any);
4. in case of death of one of the parents, a copy of the death certificate –if any;
5. copies of documents certifying the existence of incentives for raising children, incentives for certain achievements;
6. certificates and characteristics from the place of work (study) of children, parents (guardians, Guardians); 7. recommendations (colleagues, neighbors, friends);
8.copies of documents confirming the high achievements of family members in work, Sports, creativity, intellectual, scientific. Copies of submitted documents are certified by the chairman of the District Commission on the basis of originals submitted by applicants.
