The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, located at: Astana, 8 Mangilik El Avenue, announces public hearings to discuss draft prices for the services of “Electronic Finance Center” JSC as a special rights entity acting as an integrator in the field of budgetary processes.

The public hearings will be held on December 18, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at the address: 18 Dostyk Street, Astana, as well as online (via videoconference on the ZOOM platform). Additional information will be published on the websites www.gov.kz and www.ecc.kz.

During the 1st quarter of 2022, 4 meetings of the Appeal Commission were held, 37 complaints were considered, the arguments of taxpayers /participants in foreign economic activity were supported and the results of inspections on 14 complaints were canceled, which is 38% of the total number of complaints considered. 56 representatives of taxpayers and foreign trade participants took part in the meetings of the Appeal Commission for the 1st quarter of 2022 and brought their arguments directly to the members of the Appeal Commission. On the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (www.minfin.gov.kz ) in the section "Activities/Appeals Commission/The practice of considering tax and customs disputes" 688 decisions on tax and customs disputes were posted, including 21 decisions for the 1st quarter of 2022. In addition, 42 decisions on tax and customs disputes have been posted on the Internet resources of the business community "Taxes in Kazakhstan" and "Accounting KZ".

In 2021, 35 meetings of the Appeal Commission were held, 432 complaints were considered, the arguments of taxpayers/participants of foreign economic activity were supported and the results of inspections on 118 complaints were canceled, which is 27% of the total number of complaints considered. 193 representatives of taxpayers and foreign trade participants took part in the meetings of the Appeal Commission for 2021 and brought their arguments directly to the members of the Appeal Commission. On the official website of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan ( www.minfin.gov.kz ) in the section «Activities/Appeals Commission/The practice of considering tax and customs disputes» 667 decisions on tax and customs disputes were posted, including 168 decisions for 2021. In addition, 349 decisions on tax and customs disputes have been posted on the Internet resources of the business community "Taxes in Kazakhstan" and «Accounting KZ».
