The seminar clarified the following:

changes in the procedure for entering the public service;
stages of testing for knowledge of legislation and personal qualities (OLK);
new requirements for public servants;
competitive procedures and assessment mechanisms.

The aim of the event was to improve the professional qualifications of employees and familiarize them with current changes in the public service sector.
