The Ministry of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Rules for the Accreditation of Associations of Private Entrepreneurs approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2015 No. 1089 (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), informs about the accreditation for the recognition of the right of associations of private entrepreneurs to conduct an examination of draft regulatory legal acts affecting the interests of private entrepreneurs within the framework of the activities of the Expert Council on Entrepreneurship.

In accordance with paragraph 9 of the Rules, associations of private business entities applying for accreditation with a state body, within ten working days from the date of publication of the announcement, submit the following set of documents:

1) application according to Appendix 1 to the Rules;

2) notarized copies of the constituent documents and the certificate or certificate of state registration (re-registration) of the association as a legal entity, in case of failure to submit the original for verification;

3) the list of members of the association.

Conducting auctions for projects on energy waste disposal

The Ministry of Ecology, Geology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with the Law «On support for the use of renewable energy sources», is currently working on organizing and conducting auctions for projects on energy waste disposal (hereinafter referred to as the competition). The competition is held in accordance with the The Rules for organizing and conducting auctions, including the qualification requirements for auction participants, the content and procedure for submitting an application, the types of financial support for an application for participation in the auction and the conditions for their submission and return, the procedure for summing up the results and determining the winners, approved by Order No. 466 of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 21, 2017. The agency "Khabar" together with the LLP "Operator "ROP" announces a national casting for participation in the new TV project "ECO MEKEN". "ECO MEKEN" is a reality show in which 16 participants will come together in a fight for the implementation of their eco-friendly business project. In each episode, they will simultaneously learn the principles of successful entrepreneurship and what destroys the environment and how nature can be saved. The aim of the project is to popularize the ecological worldview and identify the most promising participant to assist him in organizing his own environmental business as the main prize. The first issue will be aired on the Khabar TV channel in September, the final one in December. "The project is large-scale, which our viewers will be able to see in the new season. Filming will take place in all regions of the country. The winner of the project will receive 10 million tenge. For the second place - 5 million and for the third - 3 million tenge. Russia continues accepting applications for participation in the International competition "Ecotradition"

The annual international ecological Internet competition, the general goal of which is to popularize modern ecological traditions both in Russia and in the countries of the near and far abroad. As part of the competition, participants broadcast their environmental experience, which is aimed at developing a culture of nature management. Applications are accepted until April 21, 2021 on the project's website, the results will be published in May. The following nominations have been announced this year: "The best ecological tradition" (among commercial companies); "The best ecological tradition" (among the population); "The best eco-journalist" (participants will need to submit a report on organically certified products to the competition); "The best sketch of ecotradition" for a visual narrative about a green lifestyle (only author's works made in the sketchbook "Ecotradition" are accepted for participation in it). All participants of the competition will be awarded with certificates of honor, and the winners with diplomas. Every year, starting in 2016, representatives of Russian and foreign government departments, scientific institutes, as well as eco-activists and whole groups of ecologically cultured people, both adults and teenagers, take an active part in the Ecotradition project.
