To submit information notices, current information on the progress of rehabilitation or bankruptcy procedures, as well as the register of creditors’ claims electronically, it is necessary to log in to the ITAS Taxpayer Cabinet (hereinafter – ITAS TC) using the digital signature (EDS) key of the rehabilitation or bankruptcy administrator via:

Then select the “R&B” profile, which contains the functionality for submitting the above-mentioned documents.
As the ITAS Taxpayer Cabinet is a new software product, the Committee provides the following support options for taxpayers:

The possibility to submit an inquiry directly through the “Support – Feedback” section in the ITAS Taxpayer Cabinet. The response will be sent to the email address specified in the user profile.
