Unfortunately, the dynamics of the last few years show that the number of divorces is increasing. If in 2017 there were 54,626 facts, then in 2019 – 59,796 units. At the same time, in the first quarter of this year, we see a decrease in divorces by 2,802 units compared to the first quarter of last year. In addition, the number of marriages increased by 535 units compared to the 1st quarter of last year (Q1 2020 – 28,472; Q1 2019 – 27,937). In this regard, taking into account the comments and suggestions of citizens, as well as the akimats of the cities of Nur-Sultan, Almaty and Shymkent, we have begun some work on making changes and additions to the Rules for issuing rental housing, which are currently being approved by the relevant state bodies.

Termination of powers of the member of the Public Council is part of the Law of November 2, 2015 "On public councils" (hereinafter – the Law). To participate in the competition for the award of Prizes, the following documents are provided by the award applicants: 1) application for participation in the competition for the award of prizes for non-governmental organizations in accordance with Annex 1 to these Rules; 2) the application form of the award applicant in accordance with Annex 2 to these Rules; 3) characteristics of the activity of the award applicant in accordance with Annex 3 to these Rules (with the application of supporting materials); 4) recommendations of (at least two) representatives of the public (non-governmental organizations) and (or) state bodies in order to confirm the implementation of projects and the achieved results of joint work in the proposed direction over the past 3 (three) years, indicating contact details; 5) copies of the constituent documents and a certificate (certificate) of state registration (re-registration) of a non-governmental organization; 6) certificate of bank account availability (original). In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Rules, it is not allowed to re-nominate for the Award within 3 (three) years after it was received by a non-governmental organization. The same non-governmental organization is not nominated for the Award in more than one direction.

The awards are granted in accordance with the Rules for Awarding Prizes for Non-Governmental Organizations, approved by Order No. 52 of the Minister of Religious Affairs and Civil Society of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 25, 2018. Applications for the Awards are submitted by non-governmental organizations. The awards are awarded to non-governmental organizations that have provided information to the Database of Non-Governmental Organizations, in accordance with the Rules for Providing Information about their Activities by Non-governmental Organizations and Forming a Database about them, approved by Order No. 51 of the Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 19, 2016 (registered in the Register of State Registration of Regulatory Legal Acts under No. 13355). The announcement of the acceptance of applications of non-governmental organizations for the competition of Awards is placed by the Authorized Body on the Internet resource annually no later than July 1. The announcement contains a list of documents and directions for awarding prizes for participation in the competition. Currently, the Republic of Kazakhstan has state financial support for non-governmental organizations in the form of state social orders, grants and awards. Article 5 SAM "On state social order, grants and prizes for non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter – the Law) identified 15-areas of implementation and realization of the state social order, grants and awards. All non-governmental organizations of Kazakhstan can participate in the competition for the award of prizes. Applications for the nomination of non-governmental organizations for the award are submitted by non-governmental organizations and state bodies to the authorized body annually until September 1. The minimum amount of the premium is 2000 MCI, established for the corresponding financial year by the law on the republican budget.
