    In accordance with subparagraph 4 of paragraph 2 of the Rules for the Creation and Use of Civil Defense Facilities (approved by the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 19, 2014 No. 1357), civil defense protective structures are created to protect the largest working shift of organizations classified under civil defense categories, as well as to protect non-transportable sick medical organizations.
