The Prosecutor's Office of the Ulansky district of East Kazakhstan region, during the analysis of the sphere of land relations, revealed violations in the organization of a tender for the provision of agricultural land.
The reason for the inspection was the appeal of the branch of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Ulan district. It was established that the local executive body announced a tender for the right of temporary paid land use in 4 plots.
However, after the completion of the application process, the results were not summed up, the applications of the participants remained without consideration for more than two months, which created unreasonable administrative barriers, limited the rights of citizens to farm and prevented the involvement of land in economic turnover.
According to the facts of the revealed violations, the district prosecutor's office submitted an act of supervision to the akim of the district.
Thanks to the intervention of the prosecutors, the competitive procedures have been fully completed, the applications have been reviewed, and the winners have been determined by the sites.
As a result, the rights of 6 contest participants were protected, and the guilty officials were brought to disciplinary responsibility.
The issues of protecting the rights of entrepreneurs and ensuring transparency of public services remain under special control of the Prosecutor's Office.
