Organization, provision and control over the quality and timely execution of instructions, work plans, policy documents on issues within the competence of the department.Planning and financing of the state order of subordinate organizations. Collection and provision of reporting and information on subordinate organizations.

The implementation of general control over the observance by employees of the department of labor 
and executive discipline, the adoption of measures aimed at combating corruption, the exercise in the
 interests of local government of other powers assigned to local executive bodies by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
