On July 5 , dombrist competitions for prizes of the regional Assembly of People of Kazakhstan will be held in front of the House of Friendship ! The music competition will be held as part of the celebration of Dombra Day in Kazakhstan . 16 dombrists of the region will compete in their skills , the best will be determined by competing in pairs according to the Olympic system .
