On July 5 , dombrist competitions for prizes of the regional Assembly of People of Kazakhstan will be held in front of the House of Friendship ! The music competition will be held as part of the celebration of Dombra Day in Kazakhstan . 16 dombrists of the region will compete in their skills , the best will be determined by competing in pairs according to the Olympic system . The winner of the online contest " Kasietti Dombra " , which took place until July 2 , will also be announced . 27 dombrists from all over the region took part in it : Kostanay , Rudny , Zhitikara , Zhangeldinsky , Kostanay , Sarykolsky , Naurzumsky district . 4 participants reached the final . The festival " THE FUTURE WITHOUT DRUGS " will be held in the City center of Kostanay , dedicated to the International Day against Drug Addiction and Drug Trafficking . The event was organized by the Miras Palace of Culture together with the Department for Combating Drug Crime of the Kostanay Region Police Department with the support of all interested state bodies ( regional Akimat , public development , health , culture and sports departments ) . On June 26 , at 6 p.m. , a festival dedicated to the International Day against Drug Addiction will be held in the regional center , which includes : a concert program , performances by professional singers and artists , children 's dance groups , employees of the special police Department of the DP , demonstration performances by service dogs of the Center of the Canine Service of the DP of the Kostanay region .
