The Ministry of Internal Affairs launches the «Direct Line» to clarify the registration of motor vehicles acquired by citizens of Kazakhstan abroad and imported into the territory of our country.
Citizens of Kazakhstan will be advised by the Committee of administrative police by phone: 8 (7172) 71 58 21, 71 58 39, 71 58 04, 71 58 06, 71 58 62 (from 09:00 to 19:00, except for weekends).
Also, on January 17 and 18 on the territory of the country all regional police units will hold the next republican action «Reception on the road». In mobile reception points for citizens, specialists of internal affairs agencies will explain in detail the procedure and rules of registration on the basis of each case individually, and will assist in the registration of motor vehicles. Similar advice can be obtained from all police front offices.
As part of the «Reception on the Road» action and in the front offices of the police, it will also be possible to obtain information about fines, to learn about public services provided by the police. Directly, without bureaucracy, to address the heads of administrative, migration and local police to solve their urgent issues.
