REPUBLICAN COMPETITION OF SCIENTIFIC WORKS

Kostanay Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Shrakbek Kabylbayev announces the holding of a republican competition for the best scientific work.

The competition is open to students, master's students, doctoral students, university teachers and everyone who are interested in the development of internal affairs agencies.

To the directions of scientific search:

Legal status of convicts;
Psychology of persons serving sentences for criminal offences;
Resocialization of convicted persons: experience of Kazakhstan and foreign countries;
Types of criminal penalties: efficiency issues;
Penitentiary systems of the world;
Interaction of police with society and mass media;
Prevention of child and adolescent crime;
Safety of citizens on roads and on water.

The competition is held for the following nominations:

Best scientific work among students;
Best scientific work among undergraduates;
Best scientific work among doctoral students;
Best work among practitioners and all interested in the development of internal affairs agencies.

The competition accepts works completed from January 20 to August 25, 2020.

Republican action «Reception on the road»

Openness, efficiency and accessibility are the main priorities in the work of the police today. In this regard, on February 14 and 15, 2020, the next stage of the "Reception on the road" action will be held on the territory of the Republic. Heads of police departments, heads of administrative police, local and migration services will answer questions of residents in front offices of police, as well as on platforms of public reception party «Nur Otan». During the action, citizens have the opportunity to directly, without prior registration, contact the police authorities to solve their urgent questions, as well as not leaving the house, to ask their question during a live broadcast with the participation of heads of units of Police Departments, which will be held on the official accounts of Police Departments on social networks. In addition, together with representatives of akimats, CCN at the introduced stationary posts of police of modular type the work "Reception in yards" will be organized. Also you will be able to get answers to questions related to road safety problems and migration legislation by telephone «hot lines». You can find out the locations of these events and telephone numbers of the hotline on the official portal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, subportals of police departments. The action «Reception on the road», initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, was demanded by citizens and this action is one of the directions of police transition to a new model of interaction with the population.

Action "Reception on the road"

The Ministry of Internal Affairs launches the «Direct Line» to clarify the registration of motor vehicles acquired by citizens of Kazakhstan abroad and imported into the territory of our country. Citizens of Kazakhstan will be advised by the Committee of administrative police by phone: 8 (7172) 71 58 21, 71 58 39, 71 58 04, 71 58 06, 71 58 62 (from 09:00 to 19:00, except for weekends). Also, on January 17 and 18 on the territory of the country all regional police units will hold the next republican action «Reception on the road». In mobile reception points for citizens, specialists of internal affairs agencies will explain in detail the procedure and rules of registration on the basis of each case individually, and will assist in the registration of motor vehicles. Similar advice can be obtained from all police front offices. As part of the «Reception on the Road» action and in the front offices of the police, it will also be possible to obtain information about fines, to learn about public services provided by the police. Directly, without bureaucracy, to address the heads of administrative, migration and local police to solve their urgent issues.
