For graduates of higher educational institutions, the programs "Youth practice" and "with a diploma - to the village" are being implemented. To gain work experience after graduating from an educational institution on "youth practice", the state provides graduates with a six-month youth practice. To do this, a graduate who has received a diploma (up to 29 years old) submits an application to the employment center at the akimat of his city/district. Then the Employment Center enters the document about the graduate into a single database of specialists and distributes it among employer companies in the areas of diplomas. The monthly salary of participants in the program focused on youth practice (practice) is 18 monthly calculation indices (excluding taxes, mandatory social contributions, compensation for unused labor leave and banking services).
If the employer during practice (practice) considers you
able and suitable to work in his company - he has the right to hire you for a permanent job. For a young specialist, this option is considered the most acceptable without work experience, while you should not lose sight of the opportunity to prove yourself and your professional skills during the internship.
