Several state and local programs are being implemented to support entrepreneurship. One of these programs is the State Business Support and Development Program "Business Roadmap 2025". The program provides for subsidizing interest rates, partial loan guarantees, state grants. Subsidizing is carried out only on loans/financial leasing agreements with a nominal interest rate not exceeding the base interest rate established by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan and increased by 5 (five) percentage points, 6% of which are paid by entrepreneurs, the difference is subsidized by the state. In accordance with the requirements of the Order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2015, No. 7-1/587 "On Approval of the Veterinary (Veterinary and Sanitary) Rules", the entire population of cattle (cows) and small cattle (sheep and goats) starting from 12 months of age - twice, all camels from 12 months of age are subject to serological testing for brucellosis once a year.
