On February 4, 8 and 11, 2022, discussions of the Rules with representatives of the business community were held through the ZOOM platform. During the discussion of the Rules, business representatives noted the need for the introduced norms. At the same time, the business community made a number of comments and suggestions on supplementing and changing certain rules of the Rules. All these comments and suggestions will be discussed and considered in detail by the Ministry in the near future.

It is believed that such a scheme provides working capital for producers and for networks, allows them to build medium- and long-term price balancing programs. Thus, the cost of socially significant food products is fixed at the time of conclusion of the contract. This avoids significant seasonal price fluctuations. In the Karaganda region, $2.2 billion tenge was allocated for the "revolving scheme".
