B. Kulmanov was born in 1920. He began his career in the agricultural industry. During the Great Patriotic War he was on the Belarusian, Polish, German fronts. At the end of the war, he performed a secret mission in China and the East Turkestan Republic. After returning to his homeland, he worked in the regional department of agriculture. After retiring, he worked at the Kyzylorda Experimental Mechanical Repair Plant. For many years of work in the interests of our country, Kulmanov Boribai was awarded the Certificate of Honor of the Supreme Council of the Kazakh SSR, became the owner of the orders “Kyzyl zhuldyz”, “Otan sogysy”, “Enbek kyzyl tu”, Kurmet belgisi” and “Kurmet”.
