About maslikhat

Местный представительный орган (маслихат) - выборный орган, избираемый населением области, города республиканского значения и столицы или района (города областного значения), выражающий волю населения и в соответствии с законодательством Республики Казахстан определяющий меры, необходимые для ее реализации, и контролирующий их осуществление.

В пределах своей компетенции маслихат утверждает планы, экономические и социальные программы развития соответствующей территории, местный бюджет и отчеты об их исполнении, контролирует их исполнение, решает, отнесенные к их ведению, вопросы местного административно-территориального устройства, осуществляет регулирование земельных отношений в соответствии с земельным законодательством Республики Казахстан, содействует исполнению гражданами и организациями норм Конституции Республики Казахстан, Законов, актов Президента Республики Казахстан, нормативных правовых актов центральных и местных государственных органов.

Маслихат осуществляет свои полномочия на сессиях, через постоянные комиссии и иные органы, депутатов и секретаря маслихата в порядке, установленном законодательством Республики Казахстан.

Основной формой деятельности маслихата является сессия маслихата, на которой решаются вопросы, отнесенные к ее ведению законами.
