
In accordance with the Rules for the Competitive Selection of Independent Directors of JSC “National Company “KAZAKH INVEST” (hereinafter – the Rules), it is hereby announced that applications are being accepted for participation in the competitive selection of candidates for the position of Independent Director of the Board of Directors of JSC "National Company KAZAKH INVEST" (hereinafter – the Company)

- Requirements for Candidates:
- Higher education and/or a Master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, or management;
- At least 10 years of total work experience in the relevant field;
- At least 5 years of experience as a member of a board of directors and in executive positions;
- Compliance with the qualification requirements provided in Appendix 1 to the Rules.

- Candidate’s résumé (CV);
- Copy of the candidate’s identity document;
- Copy of the document confirming higher education;
- Copy of the document confirming the candidate’s employment history (in accordance with Article 35 of the Labor Code of the RK);
- Documents confirming the absence of a criminal record and corruption offences, issued by the territorial divisions of the Committee for Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the RK;
- Documents confirming the candidate’s membership in public associations in the field of economics and/or business and/or law (if applicable);
- Information about the candidate in the form specified in Appendix 3 to the Rules;
- Copy of the “Independent Director” Certificate.
*The applicant is entitled to provide additional information regarding their education, work experience, and professional qualifications (copies of documents on advanced training, awarded academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, letters of recommendation, etc.).

- Start date for submission of documents: from the date of publication of the announcement on the official website of the Sole Shareholder (Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the RK) and on the Company’s website.
- Deadline for submission: within 10 (ten) calendar days from the start date.

- Additional Information:
- All documents provided by the candidate must be complete, and copies of documents must be clearly scanned and not blurry. If necessary, the Commission has the right to request original documents.
- If fewer than two applications are received or if all candidates are rejected, the competition shall be deemed null and void.
