We invite you to participate in an online seminar on the topic:
Kazakhstan-Japan experience in business management
«KAIZEN»
Date: 2-4 March, 2022
Time: 13.00-16.00 (Nur-Sultan)/12.00-15.00 (Ashgabat, Dushanbe)
Duration: 3 sessions, 3 hours each (9 hours in total)
Goal of the seminar
To share with participants the skills and knowledge of the KAIZEN business management method, which originated in Japan and has gained worldwide recognition in the field of entrepreneurship and management, including Kazakhstan.
Format
The seminar will use the Zoom meeting and group work platform, allowing participants to interact with each other to create an effective network of like-minded professionals.
Who can participate?
The seminar is designed for local entrepreneurs of small businesses from Tajikistan and Turkmenistan.
Candidates/participants must be fluent in Russian.

Kazakhstan Agency for International Development «KazAID»
In a short period of time, Kazakhstan has evolved from an aid recipient to an international donor, working with other donor countries to support Central Asian countries and Afghanistan for development.
The Kazakhstan Agency for International Development "KazAID" is the operator of the national system of official development assistance (ODA) of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Agency was established by the Government Decree of December 15, 2020 to implement the ODA policy of Kazakhstan in the partner countries.
KazAID aims to contribute to solving global and regional problems of sustainable development, including poverty, international crime, drug trafficking and illegal migration, as well as to assist in the social and economic development of partner countries
Japan International Cooperation Agency «JICA»
Since joining the Colombo Plan in 1954, Japan has been providing financial and technical assistance to developing countries through ODA, aiming to contribute more proactively to the peace, Stability and prosperity of the international community.
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is the executing agency of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) of the Government of Japan. Since the time of its establishment (1974) it has contributed to socioeconomic development and human resources development in developing countries.
JICA is in charge of administering all ODA such as technical cooperation, Finance and Investment Cooperation and Grants in an integrated manner, except for contributions to international organizations. JICA, the world’s largest bilateral aid agency, works in over 150 countries and regions and has some 90 overseas offices.
Kazakhstan-Japan Center for Human Development «KJC»:
The Kazakhstan-Japan Center was founded in 2000 within the framework of the intergovernmental agreement between Japan and Kazakhstan as a project of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Since 2012, the Center under the management of Narxoz University, continues implementing its mission of human recourse development in Kazakhstan.
In addition to familiarizing Kazakhstanis with the culture and language of Japan, special attention is paid to conducting trainings on Japanese management. Until 2012 JICA actively dispatched Japanese specialists in the field of production management and quality control who, on the basis of the Center, conducted open seminars for Kazakhstani entrepreneurs.
Now Centre practices seminars for entrepreneurs and companies under the direction of experienced Kazakhstani consultants. Special focus is on the subject of lean production, quality control and promotion of Kaizen philosophy in Kazakhstan. Applying acquired knowledge and implementing lean manufacturing tools some local companies have increased efficiency and improved their performance.
