Requirements for Candidates: Higher education and/or a Master’s degree, preferably in economics, finance, or management; At least 10 years of total work experience in the relevant field; At least 5 years of experience as a member of a board of directors and in executive positions; Compliance with the qualification requirements provided in Appendix 1 to the Rules. Since 2012, the Center under the management of Narxoz University, continues implementing its mission of human recourse development in Kazakhstan. In addition to familiarizing Kazakhstanis with the culture and language of Japan, special attention is paid to conducting trainings on Japanese management. Until 2012 JICA actively dispatched Japanese specialists in the field of production management and quality control who, on the basis of the Center, conducted open seminars for Kazakhstani entrepreneurs.
